Result : The provided thickness of the material was not satisfying the reinforcement requirement, we had suggested the optimum thickness.

Solution :The work involved thermal simulation of Heat Sink size as-is and have longer run time until set point is reached at thermistor and design of heat sink to keep same run time as base line design using CFD analysis.
