Schenectady NY-USA, Agilis Engineering,USA and 14 years in Gas turbine technology-analysis- in the USA making a total of 34
years.
He has bachelors and masters degree in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, Indian Institute of Technology (
IIT ) Bombay and MS, Engineering Mechanics from State University of New York.
He has an Extensive work experience of 15 yearson thermal, structural analysis on Gas Turbine hardware. This was
principally done to establish LCF (Low Cycle Fatigue) life for hot gas path components.. Stress, vibration, lifting- HCF and
LCF, buckling, creep, crack propagation , fracture analysis, with plasticity and creep, heat transfer etc. He hold six sigma
green belt
Ansys design and analysis was also successfully done on grooved clutch plates, nuclear containers, steam turbine shells,
shrouds and for frequency placements of axial flow fans, turbine blades etc. using DOE (design of Experiments).
Mr.P.Velmurugan - Director
Holds an engineering degree from Bharathiar university and has around 18 years of experience in Engineering Design Services, CAD, CAE, CFD and customer service delivery for international companies based in Dubai, UK, Australia & USA. He was working with India's top leading organizations like Ansys, Quest-GE, HCL Technologies, and Textron etc.

Process Engineering simulation Software such as CHEMCAD / PRO II / HTRI / B-JAC / HYSIS.
